These terms are between you and Infrawrench LLC ("we"), and cover the Nibblets apps and Nibblets Connect at app.nibblets.dev. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The software
Nibblets is open source under the GNU General Public License, version 2. That licence, not these terms, governs what you can do with the code:read it on GitHub.
Your nibblets are yours to look after
Nibblets are agents that act on your behalf: they can run commands, browse the web, use the logins and tools you give them, and work while you're away. You choose what they can reach, and you're responsible for what they do with it, including any costs they run up and anything they send or change. Give them only what you're comfortable with them using.
You're also responsible for following the terms of the services your nibblets use, including the AI subscriptions you share with them.
Nibblets Connect
Connect is free for now. Keep your account secure, and only link computers that are yours or that you're allowed to link. Don't use Connect to break the law, to harm or get into other people's computers or accounts, or to overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We may change Connect, or stop offering it, and will try to give you notice first. Your nibblets keep working on your own computers without it.
No warranty
Nibblets and Connect are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. AI agents make mistakes; check anything that matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of Nibblets or Connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using Connect and ask us to delete your account at any time. See theprivacy policy for what that removes.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and say so in the app or by email first if the change matters. Questions:astrid@infrawrench.com.
